US: Initial Jobless Claims fell to 305K

FXstreet.com (Edinburgh) -According to the Labour Department, the Americans that filed in their first initial claims for regular state unemployment-insurance benefits fell by 5K last week to a seasonally adjusted 305K in the week ended September 20, below expectations at 325K and coming from 310K (revised) in the previous print.

Continuing claims, which reflect people already receiving benefits, rose by 35K to a seasonally adjusted 2.823 million in the week ended September 13 vs. 2.788 million in the previous week (revised).

AUD/USD breaks down and falls to 0.9365 as GDP fuels Dollar
