Nothing decided on rates yet - ECB’s E.Liikanen

FXStreet (Edinburgh) - The Governor of the Bank of Finland Erkki Liikanen has talked down recent rumours of a deposit rate cut at the ECB meeting in December.

He has also added that monetary policy remains insufficient to sustain economic growth.

EUR/USD currently trades in session lows in the proximity of 1.0720, coming down from yesterday’s peaks near 1.08 the figure.
