Analysts at Nomura offered their model's fix for today's USD/CNY fix.

"Our model1 projects the fix to be 66 pips higher than the previous fix (6.3360 from 6.3294) and 25 pips higher than the previous official spot USD/CNY close of 6.3335. The basket implied change is 29 pips higher than the previous official spot USD/CNY close (6.3364 from 6.3335)."
