USD/CAD unable to hold above 1.1000

FXStreet (San Francisco) - In a failing rally, the USD/CAD attempted to break above the 1.1000; however, following a brief incursion to 1.1012, the USD/CAD was rejected by this level and launched back to sub-1.10 prices.

Currently, USD/CAD is trading at 1.0993, up 0.32% on the day, having posted a daily high at 1.1015 and low at 1.0957. USD/CAD spot is in neutral territory according to the hourly FXStreet OB/OS Index, while the FXStreet Trend Index is slightly bullish.

If the pair remains unable to hold 1.1000 levels, next supports would be at 1.0980, 1.0950 and 1.0940. On the upside, resistances are at 1.1010, 1.1040 and 1.1065.
