“In September house price growth remained stable: average prices rose between 2% (Nationwide) to 2.5% (Halifax).  In London prices fell for the fifth quarter running, down 0.7% but  remain within 3% of their 2017 high.  Worryingly, house prices fell for the first time in the Outer Metropolitan region, albeit by just 0.3% in Q3.  Are we seeing the beginning of a ripple effect or just a blip?”
