WH advisor Kudlow: We'd like to go back to where we were a month ago with China trade talks

In an interview with CNBC, White House economic advisor Larry Kudlow said that they would like to go back to where they were a month with China with regards to trade negotiations. "The forecast of 3% growth for the U.S. economy is not contingent on China deal," Kudlow added.
