Canada: GDP Annualized rises grows less than expected in Q1

FXStreet (Łódź) - On a quarterly basis Canadian GDP increased 1.2% in Q1, following a 2.7% rise registered the previous quarter, according to data released today by Statistics Canada. Analysts expected 1.8% growth.

On a monthly basis Q1 GDP edged up 0.1%, following a 0.2% increase in Q4, as projected.
